A week ago, Sunday 18 September 2011, I wrote my thoughts with this catching title, “No Shit What Yogurt Can Do“.
I’ve been consuming the equivalent of 3 cups of yogurt daily. How have I fared? Generally, I am more relaxed about the goings-on at my rather stressful workplace. My bowel movement is effortless (always have been). While I cannot vouch accuracy for my feelings, I can most certainly report I have shed 1 kg, meaning there just 17kg (and more) to go.

Will I be able to return to my old self waist size? Would 1 kg loss per week be guaranteed? I can’t say for sure. With regular jogging and evening walks, exercising temperance on crisps, chocolate and caffeine, I think my weight loss regime might just be highly probable.
Just that you should know, I make 1 kg of fresh yogurt daily using live culture from the previous day’s batch. Only the cost of wholesome, full cream milk. The live culture converts the milk cream to wholesome healthy yogurt, so there is nothing to worry about. And, 1 litre of milk costs less than one Starbucks espresso.
One down, 17 more to go. I’m happy. And eating healthy has never been this cheap!
